Château Pont de Brion
Dark red color, aromas of red fruits, toasted almonds and licorice.
Harvested by hand, selective scoring and light pressing, traditional fermentation, followed by traditional maceration for 20 to 30 days depending on the vintage.
For twelve months in casks. (New oak casks for one third and casks having held one or two wines for the rest). Bottled without filtering, following light clarification.
