With its purple colour, this wine has a bouquet in which scents of red fruits and blackcurrants meet with hints of smoke and pepper.
40 %Cabernet Sauvignon - 50 % Merlot - 10 % Cabernet Franc. Age of vines: 20 years, on average
Harvested by hand and machine, depending on the parcels of vineyard. Total scoring and light pressing, fermentation in concrete tanks, followed by traditional maceration for 15 to 25 days depending on the vintage.
Ageing: Partly in tanks, partly in casks for twelve months.
